We are a friendly, supportive community for UK makers and artists, helping you grow your creative business while making connections that matter. From sharing your work and cheering each other on to learning and laughing together, the Guild is your crafting home online.
âť“ Who can join the Guild?
Any crafter, artist, or small creative business is welcome, whether you’re just starting out or have been trading for years. We love everything from soap makers and jewellers to woodworkers, quilters, potters and beyond.

As a Guild member, you get:

âť“ How much does it cost to join?
We currently offer a single annual membership option, which helps support the Guild and keeps the community going strong. For up-to-date pricing, check our Join Us page.
âť“ What are Sparkle Points?
Sparkle Points are our fun way of rewarding community engagement! You can earn them by joining in with Guild activities, sharing your work, supporting others, and taking part in challenges. Each month we celebrate our top Sparkle Point earners.
âť“ How do I join?
It’s easy! Head over to our Join Us page, fill in your details, and you’ll be on your way to becoming part of our supportive creative family.

❓ I’ve lost my login details, how do I get them back?
When you join the Guild, you’ll receive a welcome email containing your badges, membership certificate, and your unique Guild Registration Number (please check for any extra spaces when logging in, as the system can be picky!).
If you’ve lost your login details:
✅ You can reset your password using the website’s “Forgot Password” option.
✅ Or, email us at info@procraftersguild.com, and we’ll help you get back in.
âť“ When will my membership be processed?
We aim to process new memberships within 24 hours on weekdays, though this can sometimes take a little longer.
If it’s been three working days since you applied and you haven’t heard from us, please email info@procraftersguild.com. Occasionally, emails go astray, and we want to get you set up as quickly as possible.
If admin is away on a well-earned break, there will be a note on the application page letting you know when processing will resume.
❓ I’ve asked to join the Facebook groups but haven’t been approved?
Our Facebook groups are exclusively for Guild members, so we can only approve requests from members we can identify.
When you request to join, please ensure you answer the membership questions so we can match your profile to your membership. If you’re unsure, you can email us, and we’ll sort it out together.
âť“ How does membership renewal work?
Your Guild membership renews automatically each year via PayPal on your subscription anniversary. You’ll receive a payment notification showing “Crystal Lady Designs” for your Professional Crafters Guild membership, along with an invoice for your records which will have been emailed to you.
âť“ How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account. Please ensure cancellations are processed at least 48 hours before your renewal date to allow PayPal time to action your request.
If you prefer us to handle it, email us at info@procraftersguild.com and allow up to 14 days for processing. Please ensure you contact us in good time before your renewal.
If you cancel partway through your membership year:
âś… Your member benefits remain active until your renewal date unless you request removal sooner.
✅ We do not refund unused portions of annual memberships, but we understand life happens — please email us if you’d like to discuss your situation.
✨ Member Responsibilities & Terms
As a member of the Professional Crafters Guild, you agree to:
âś… Carry out your business in a legal and professional manner. Please note, the Guild cannot intervene or mediate between your business and your customers.
âś… Keep your business details up to date with us, including your email address, website, and social links, so we can promote you effectively.
âś… Understand it is your responsibility to ensure we have your current information for your listings and features.
âś… Always act in a way that upholds the reputation of the Guild and your fellow members.
âś… Be aware that membership fees and benefits may change without notice (though we will always strive to keep you informed).
âś… Note that membership can be terminated if necessary (this will always be discussed with you first).
🌿 Using Your Images & Links
We regularly use your product images and links to promote your business across our social media and newsletters as part of your membership benefits. If you ever have specific requests, updates, or concerns about this, please let us know.
Ruby Membership Note
While the Ruby Membership level is now closed to new members, existing Ruby members will continue with no change to their fees or benefits. You are welcome to upgrade to the Full Membership level at any time with a permanent annual discount.
