Your Weekly Update of Sparkle, Shenanigans & Small Business Brilliance
Well now.
We called for rainbows โ and you delivered them in every possible medium, animal, and atmospheric condition.
Weโve had stained glass, felted chaos, multicoloured mushrooms, a highland cow, and an actual rainbow appearing on cue in the sky. The Guild has never been so saturated.
๐จ Special Mentions:
Linda is now legally required to be our Guild Rainbow Ambassador after a week of unrelenting joy. Handmade rainbows, surprise sky rainbows, and stained glass that made everyone go โooooh.โ
Ceri, naturally, brought rainbow sheep and mushroom mayhem. Sheโs currently under investigation by the Sparkle Committee for excessive felted delight.
Kath entered the ring with a technicolour cow and a rainbow goat. A GOAT. We are not worthy.
Also, we now want a safari of neon quilted animals, and itโs her fault.
Fran got โrainbow-ishโ with felt florals, which weโre accepting because she winked while saying it.
Elizabeth showed us her happy place, then backed it up with both colour and cosiness. Yarn + chair = throne of serenity.
Joanna is now officially a glitter smuggler, having confessed in this weekโs Chaos Poll to outsmarting her workplace glitter ban with glue. ๐ซกโจ
๐ฌ Fran also launched her newsletter this week! (One subscriber and counting โ we love a brave beginning.)
๐ณ๏ธ Poll Results Are In!
๐ฅ Tuesdayโs Chaos Question:
If you HAD to banish something from your craft stash foreverโฆ what would go?
โ๏ธ Neon โ 38%
๐ฑ Glitter โ 1 brave person
๐ Pink โ 7%
โ๏ธ Grey โ 1 person has strong pebble feelings
๐ โYou canโt make me chooseโ โ 53%
Conclusion: Chaos reigns. As it should.
โจ Final Thought:
Whether you went full colour unicorn or just quietly cheered from the sidelines this week โ we see you. Youโre brilliant. Youโre handmade magic. And you can absolutely still jump in before the points close Sunday night.
๐ Keep sparkling, you glorious lot.
